What to do with Spammers...

We already had some Spam here, so maybe you should restrict editing-access to logged in Users. It's a first barrier and increases the amount of work spammers have to do far beyond the amount of work needed to undo their changes (and to block them).

Not enough spam yet... I still hope without registration the barrier to write something is lower.

BTW Talk: pages on the wiki tend to attract spam much easier....
