Configuration Files

This article explains where the Phex configuration files are stored on your system.

Windows

Since Phex 3.0 the configuration files for Windows are stored in you user application data directory, this is usually something like:

• "C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\Application Data\Phex"

or in short form:

• "%APPDATA%\Phex"
  

If you cant find this directory click Start -> Run and enter %APPDATA%\Phex

Before Phex 3.0 the configuration files were stored in "C:\Documents and Settings\<your user name>\phex".

Mac OS X

Since Phex 3.0 the configuration files for OS X are stored in "~/Library/Application Support/Phex".

Before Phex 3.0 the configuration files were stored in "~.phex".

Unix and other systems

The Phex configuration files are stored in "~/.phex".
