Where to find the downloaded files and incompletes and how to change this? |

You can select the destinations for downloaded files in the Phex-options (simply use CTRL-o ).
Standard folders differ on different systems.
Windows
MacOSX
Downloaded files: ~/Documents/Phex/downloads
Incomplete files. ~/Documents/Phex/incomplete
Others
